We are many times caught in difficult situations at home, in the community and at work and end up blaming others for the situation. As a result, the problem continues and aggravates, as we have no control over others or the environment. But, we do have control over ourselves and our approach. Once we change our approach intelligently, we will have control over the situations in which we will be placed. In other words, we need to work internally to bring a change in the outside.
